What does “does Nervelin work” actually ask?

How is Nervelin supposed to work?
The label proposes three ideas at once, and they carry very different weights.
- A hormone pathway: Tongkat Ali and horny goat weed each touch hormone pathways in their own trials. Neither was ever tested against numbness, burning or tingling.
- A blood-sugar pathway: four rows have metabolic evidence. High blood glucose over years can damage small nerve fibres, so these rows sit upstream of one common cause. Upstream is not the same as acting on a nerve.
