Nothing. These pages are static files served from a web server: no account, no database, no analytics script and no cookie set by this website. Reading a page here transmits nothing about you to this desk.

Two external requests do leave your browser when a page here loads, and it is fairer to name them than to claim a purity the page does not have. The web font files come from Google’s font service, which sees the request the way any content delivery network sees one. Nothing else on these pages calls out anywhere.

Everything to do with a purchase happens somewhere else. The order link hands off to the seller’s checkout, and from that point the terms, the privacy policy and the data controller are the seller’s rather than this desk’s.

Because of how it is built. Every page here is a file that was written once and is served as it stands. There is no application behind it, no session, no user record and nothing that changes according to who is reading.

The one thing a static site cannot avoid is the web server’s own log, which records requests the way every web server does. That is infrastructure rather than a product decision, it is not read to build a picture of anybody, and it is the reason this page says the site holds nothing about you rather than claiming that nothing anywhere records a request.

The trade-off is worth naming. A static website gives up personalisation, saved baskets and an order history in exchange for having nothing about a reader to lose. For twenty-six pages describing one bottle, that is the right side of the trade.

The citation links on these pages point at journals, publishers and federal agencies. Following one takes you to their website under their terms, and this desk has no visibility of whether you did. A link is not a referral and nothing is earned from one.

Nobody on that list is paid by this desk for data about a reader, and no data about a reader is sold, rented or passed on by this desk, for the simple reason that there is none here to pass on.

This desk will not ask you for a card number, a password or a social security number, by email or on the telephone, for any reason. Nobody here needs one: the payment happened on a system this desk does not operate.

Children are not a market for this product. It is sold for healthy adults aged eighteen and over, no page here is directed at anyone younger, and this desk does not knowingly collect anything from a minor.

A request about an order is answered against the order record, which means the order ID is what identifies you rather than anything this website knows. Somebody who cannot produce one is asking a desk to search a stranger’s purchase history on a name, which is exactly the request a careful desk should refuse.
