Nervelin Ingredients List: 9 Names and 5 Checks
The Nervelin ingredients list has nine names under one 1,000 mg blend: L-lysine, apple cider vinegar, Garcinia cambogia, Tongkat Ali, horny goat weed, wild yam, cinnamon, bitter melon and raspberry ketones. No ingredient has its own amount. The shell is gelatin. Five checks below show how to read the label.

If you would like the list in your hand, the order page lets you pick a pack and read the total first.

Key facts
- Serving size is 2 capsules; servings per container is 30; a bottle holds 60 capsules.
- One amount line only: Test Boost Proprietary Blend, 1,000 mg.
- Nine ingredients are named, and six of them also name a plant part.
- The %DV column holds a footnote, “Daily Value Not Established”, not a percentage.
- Other ingredients: gelatin capsule, rice powder, magnesium stearate (vegetable grade).
- Even a nine-way split would be about 111 mg each, but a blend does not have to be even.
- None of the nine names has a human trial in nerve symptoms.
What is on the Nervelin ingredients list?
Here is the list in the order the label prints it. Under federal rules the names of a blend run from heaviest to lightest, so the first name carries the most weight and the last the least. How big the gap is does not appear on the carton.
| Name on the label | Part or form | What its published research is about |
|---|---|---|
| L-Lysine HCL | Amino acid, as the hydrochloride | Cold sores; the Cochrane review found no preventive effect |
| Apple Cider Vinegar | Malus domestica, fruit | Blood sugar after a single meal and stone prevention in a urology crossover |
| Garcinia Cambogia Powder | Fruit rind powder | Weight and lipids; the JAMA trial found no effect beyond placebo |
| Tongkat Ali Extract | Eurycoma longifolia, root | Hormones, mood and quality of life; 200 mg a day in both human trials |
| Horny Goat Weed Extract | Epimedium grandiflorum, plant | Bone markers in post-menopausal women at 740 mg a day for six weeks |
| Wild Yam Extract | Dioscorea villosa, root | One randomised trial, which found no effect on any outcome it measured |
| Cinnamon Extract | Cinnamomum verum, bark | Blood sugar trials pooled in a dose-response meta-analysis |
| Bitter Melon Extract | Momordica charantia, fruit | A 12-week prediabetes trial at 300 mg and 600 mg a day |
| Raspberry Ketones | 4-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone | A mouse study; no human trial exists |
The left two columns are printed on the carton. The right column is the published record the site cites for each row.
The question comes in several forms: what are the ingredients in nervelin, nervelin ingredients, nervelin ingredients label, nerve lin label and nerve lin supplement facts. All point at the same back-of-carton panel. For nerve pain supplements ingredients in general, the same five checks below work on any bottle.
What are the 5 checks for reading the Nervelin label?
Check 1: Find the one number
Only one amount appears on the panel: 1,000 mg, against the blend line. Everything below it is a name with nothing beside it. If a page tells you how many milligrams of a single ingredient are in a capsule, it is guessing.
Check 2: Use the order as a clue
The first name is the heaviest and the last is the lightest. On this panel that makes L-lysine the biggest share and raspberry ketones the smallest. The order tells you a ranking, never a size.
Check 3: Look for forms and markers
A trial usually uses a standardised extract with a named marker. This panel names the plant part for six rows and the species for one, which is more than many labels do. It prints no extract ratio and no marker percentage for any row, so strength cannot be read from it.
Check 4: Do the sum yourself
Divide 1,000 by nine and the answer is about 111 mg. Treat that as a yardstick, not an estimate. Next, take the smaller trial amount for four rows: Tongkat Ali 200 mg, horny goat weed 740 mg, Garcinia 1,500 mg of hydroxycitric acid and bitter melon 300 mg. Together that is 2,740 mg, yet the whole blend is 1,000 mg, and five more names share it.
Check 5: Read the small print under the panel
The other-ingredients line is easy to skip. It says gelatin capsule, rice powder and magnesium stearate of vegetable grade. Gelatin is an animal product, so this capsule does not suit vegetarians or vegans. The other two are a filler and a flow aid.
How much of each ingredient is in Nervelin?
Not published. The label does not split the blend, and this site has no assay to fill the gap. Nobody outside the plant can give you a per-ingredient milligram figure, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
This is a legal format called a proprietary blend. The maker prints a total and keeps the split private. Makers use it to protect a recipe. A reader also has to allow for the other reason: a total can hide how thin an expensive row is.
Naming all nine ingredients is real disclosure. A label that printed only the words “proprietary blend” would give you no row to check against research. Naming the species for cinnamon, Cinnamomum verum, is a better choice than many labels make.
Which names on the Nervelin ingredients list carry a safety note?
Three of the nine have something in the published record worth knowing before a first bottle.
- Garcinia cambogia: a published case series records moderate to severe liver injury linked to Garcinia, on its own and mixed with green tea. If you have a liver condition, bring it up with a clinician before starting.
- Cinnamon bark: the bark contains coumarin, a compound with its own daily intake limit. The species named is the lower-coumarin one, yet a second cinnamon product is worth adding to the sum.
- Tongkat Ali and horny goat weed: each touches hormone pathways in its own trials. If you take hormone treatment, blood thinners or heart drugs, name these two to your prescriber.
The other six have thin human records. Thin is not the same as safe. It means nobody has asked the question in large studies, which is a reason to begin with one bottle.
Which nerve compounds are missing from the Nervelin ingredients list?
Three compounds have randomised trials in peripheral nerve symptoms, and none is on this panel in any amount. The panel also carries no B vitamins.
| Compound | Dose its trials used | Record |
|---|---|---|
| Alpha-lipoic acid | 600 mg a day | Thioctic acid review in symptomatic diabetic polyneuropathy |
| Benfotiamine | 300 mg and 600 mg a day | The BENDIP randomised trial |
| Acetyl-L-carnitine | 2,000 mg a day orally | A long-term randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind study |
Naming them makes their absence checkable. It is a description of the bottle, not a criticism of it.
Set against a 1,000 mg total, alpha-lipoic acid at its trial dose would need more than half of the whole blend. That gap is why the nine botanicals read like a different product from the one the front panel hints at.
What does the “Daily Value Not Established” footnote tell you?
No reference intake exists for these plants, so the %DV column has no figure to print. It is a statement about the regulator’s tables. It tells you nothing about how much of any plant is in the bottle.
A panel that offered a confident percentage beside each plant would be the surprising one. Treat the footnote as normal, and treat the absence of per-ingredient amounts as the real limit.

Our view
We think the Nervelin ingredients list is better disclosed than the amounts are. Every name is there, six rows say what part of the plant is used and cinnamon names its species. The missing piece is the split, and without it no row can be matched to its own research.
Take the list to a pharmacist or prescriber if you take any medicine. Show them the back of the carton, not the front. Let them read all nine names, then decide.

A label is easier to judge with the bottle in your hand, and the seller’s page shows the price before you decide.
